Hello and welcome! My name is Jennifer Kamfiroozie and I work with Realty Executives in Savannah. For those of you who are not from this area, Savannah is a beautiful place to live, work and play. It is centrally located between Jacksonville, Florida and Charleston, South Carolina. I consider it my job to make the process of buying or selling a property as smooth as possible. I educate myself on the latest programs to help buyers and sellers, the constantly changing contracts and rules applying to real estate transactions as well as use the latest technology to communicate with a buyer or marketing a property. I work with foreclosed properties, investment properties as well as luxery properties. I also work with another agent who is fluent in Spanish, so that people who are more comfortable doing transactions in Spanish have the opportunity to do so. Whether you're a first time home buyer/seller or have had experience as a buyer/seller, it is my job to make sure the process is as efficient and as easy as possible.
